Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that certain items, including perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are non-returnable.

  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please email us at minalproductstoptime@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once we confirm your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at minalproductstoptime@gmail.com.
